Established in 2014 as a boutique change management and leadership consulting business, we noticed a growing number of organisations looking for a 'silver bullet' in change management that, with the best of intentions, was more focused on sustaining change through artefacts, documentation and communication plans rather than addressing what lies at the heart of every change initiative.
Today, we combine the 'inner work' of leadership to transform how change gets lead. We know that leaders who show up authentically and courageously to lead their teams through change outperform the others to leave a lasting legacy.

Linda Williamson is the founder of 'all things change'. Driven by her top value of making a difference, she combines decades of experience in contemporary change management with the 'inner work' of leadership - transforming leadership that strengthens trust, empowers others to lead in congruence with their values and shaping purposeful change for organisations and the ecosystems in which they work.
Working with like-minded professionals, her 30+ years' industry experience includes mining, oil and gas, energy, financial services, legal, technology, tertiary education, professional services, not-for-profits, member-based organisations and the public sector.
Today she chooses to do the work that she loves to do: as a values-based coach, facilitator and culture change consultant.
